Hardware problem switch boot

Hi guys, I just bought a switch not expensive at all and I have a few problems. when I let the console load, the battery icon stays in red and goes off after 5 minutes, if I put the console back on time she tells me that the switch is full but nothing boot. When I try to boot the console, the logo 'nintendo' shows and immediately disappear. I tried the recovery but didn't work. I try the rcm mode, the console goes to rcm if the battery is connected and the payload is loaded and for example for the OS sx, I have the menu of the OS but the console does not boot. Personally i would remove all your mods, everything, let it charge for a night and see what happens.

Battery could be out of sync? or faulty?

What fw version?. Where did you get it? How much? Whats the history?
