I used Godmode9 to dump my US copy of pokemon white 2 and then copied it from the gm9/out folder into the folder required by TWLoader in order to work, and it did work for about 2 days and then it just stopped working, only resulting in a dual white screen. So I dumped the card a second time and it still just gave me a dual white screen. I'm not sure where to go from here. Is the dump bad, is the SD card failing? I mean I did AP-Patch it to be on the same side.

Try to use Twilight menu++ instead of TWLoader. Twloader emulator is old and it isn't optimized to run a lot of games. Pokemon has some problems to run on DS emulator,I recommend to check ur ap patch or try to donwload a patched rom

This is a link that contains which game works and which game doesn't work very well or just doesn't work and some notes to run the game:

Edit: remember to clean all the files of twloader before use twlightmenu++,cuz they use the same folder structure

Just to clarify, TWLoader and TWiLight Menu++ are not emulators. They run DS games natively in DS/DSi mode, through nds-bootstrap.
