Hacking problem playing pal games

I have a 3.2u wii and I've been trying to play pal games on it but it wont work all I get is a grey screen. . I'm using the neogamma backup launcher. One particular one I've been trying to play is okami. I've patched it and burned it many different times but can't seem to get it. Can anyone help?

In NeoGamma try first with Disc Video Mode, if it gets black & white, maybe jumping, it's wroking at all. Then try force NTSC480i/p, and the 3 different video mode patches.
