Hacking [Problem] "Failed to load kernel from NAND" Error Upon Reboot [Nintendont]

Every time I restart Nintendont I get this error after starting it. I know I can get around this error by replacing my meta.xml and boot.dol with new ones, but I was wondering what was causing this error so I can maybe not have to do this every time I want to use it. Nintendont use to work fine before and I don't remember actually doing anything modding related with my Wii that could affect it in recent times so I can't figure at what causing this at all. One thing I shall mention is that every time I got this error, Nintendont didn't have a description at all unlike it usually do.
