Hardware Pro Controller keeps drifting after joystick replacement

Hello guys!

My Pro Controller keeps drifting after I replaced the old joysticks. Where could I find out what the problem is? Is it maybe a chip or a filter? I have a multimeter to check out the paths. But on youtube or on other platforms I dont find a answer for my problem. I hope someone could help me

Have you tried calibrating the controller? Does it drift slowly or does it jank to one side?

It jank still on the right side. On both joysticks
