"Premium" Seafood salad

Often buy this when I see it on sale. If you're not a mayo person you won't like this. Msrp is $5 for this container which is pathetic but often goes on sale for $2.50.

If you never had seafood salad it's worth a try. Imitation crab, mayo base, celery and onion with dill. Nice crunch and soft texter.

Its a bit of work but you can make your own actual "premium" seafood salad
squid rings, shrimp, scungilli, imitation crab meat, real crab meat, minced clams
roasted bell peppers, celery hearts, black olives, green olives, white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, oregano, basil

Cost of ingredients over quick snacks is what I enjoy finding.

This is the 1snack group, not the "1 full home cooked meal" group

The problem with wanting one cup of seafood salad is that I can't buy one half of a squid, one third of a crab, two mussels and one caper. I can get one shrimp out of my fish tank I guess
