Hacking Preloader .30 cant install.

Ok im having a problem heres what happened so far with this wii:
1. Banner bombed installed HBC
2. ran trucha bug restorer
3. Made HBC upside down
4. Uninstalled/Reinstalled HBC
5. CIOS38 Rev15
6. Discovered neo gamma r8 doesnt work with rev15
7. Installed CIOS38 Rev14
8. Success!
9. Tried installing preloader

not so successful

it says failed to get root aborting mission
if i recall dont i need to patch ios60 in order to run preloader?? if so how would i go about doing it
