I was just reading that too. I respect that they declared him dead so his abandoned wife could have the insurance money.

In Spanish we have the word «Ponqué» and today is used for too many bakery products, but originally comes from «Pound - Cake» a cake weighting a pound.

This is a Ponqué at my country:

and as you can see each one weights 500 gr (aprox a pound)
