For most languages around the world the Horse shapped piece is called Knight, on Spanish, Knight is "Caballero" (knight but also the one who ride a horse, el que anda a caballo) and with the pass of time "caballero" become only caballo mostly on America.

So there is many names for that piece.

And most of them are "horse"
