lol, you clearly don't know me well.
I've been an admin/moderator in many clan back in old warcraft 3 days, and still am now.
I've been insulted many times, but never banned anyone for that.

Reasons I did would rather be :
When the person insults other peoples freely
When the person cheats in-game
When the person's personality just doesn't fit here (ie: being openly racist, being told to behave multiple times. Even if no one complained, it isn't the kind of personality we approuved)

If I was a mod here, I don't even think I would ban people for such things. I think I would actually always ask to "senior mods" before doing anything until I finally feel comfortable to do it by myself (which could take years :rofl2:

May not mean anything to you guys, but Shaman is moderator in warcraft clan.
This one is far from being big compared to those back in the old warcraft 3 where we had over 200 members
