hey now, that's rude; first off; I wear doboks when I spar. Second, don't presume that combat sports champions punch like little girls or women with injuries, because the latter two punch _much_ harder and faster with even a fraction of Tae-Kwon-Do training.
In the nine year old girl's case, she threw a proper hook that left a painful mark on my arm for a week.
In the case of the woman with a torn acl still tired from minor cancer, she was half-trained up to blue belt.
By comparison, an eighth degree black-belt in Gojo Ryu/Okinawan Karate hit at half the power and half the speed of the grown, sick, and injured woman; he was punching at full power.
A hereford bull (pictured below) struck me with a swinging horn as I was sitting in the field in a manner that hurt less and for far less time than the little girl's hook punch in the same spot (the arm), and as for a thailand muay thai instructor kick *chuckles* I did not feel pain from that because it caused no damage when it hit my ribs, at all!
And here is Rocky the Bull:
Don't give him any beef, ok? Don't have a cow over this. And never insult little girls and injured women by comparing them to the garbage that was combat sports ever again.
