I don't really know much about wiiu exploiting but I used to be really interested in (original) wii hacking.
I'm not sure if this has been thought of or how possible it is, but I'll share this just in case it hasn't been looked into.

Can we get a userland/kernel exploit via amiibos/nfc? I know that you're looking for a webkit exploit at the moment or maybe you have one, idk. But would it be possible to use a writeable NFC chip and cause some sort of overflow? Sort of like the smash stack exploit on the original wii, or like smealum's ninjhax on the 3ds but with the wiiu and NFC?
I'm not sure how feasible this is but I just thought I'd put an idea out there :)

Couldn't hurt to check. However it would require external hardware to write malicious code to the Amiibos. If I had the tools I'd give it a shot myself.

You might be able to try something if your phone had an nfc chip?
I'd have no idea where to start with something like this though.
