Homebrew Possible to use Decrypt9 with boot9strap?

I recently upgraded to B9s and I no longer can open Decrypt9. I tried downloading it and putting it back on my 3ds but when I open it in the homebrew channel it just goes back to 3ds menu. Is it possible to reinstall this and it still work?

You should be using GodMode9 as it's the successor to Decrypt9WIP.

Decrypt9 won't fix any issue related to your cart. If you need to backup your SD card then you need to do that through your computer. What is the URL on your cart and what issues are you running into?
