Hacking Possible to Update O3ds 6.2U to 9.2U using Ninjhax(1) instead of MSET ?

I need advice for a possibility to Update O3ds 6.2U to 9.2U using Ninjhax(1) instead of MSET ? The goal is to install A9LHAX but i don't have acces to a DS Linker.

If you have a working browser you can install MSET through the browser too.
