Gaming Possible to rip in PS3?

If you have a ps3 game and you would like to make a backup of it instead of using your disc, then is it possible to back it up from the PS3 directly?

E.g. you insert the ps3 game in, and somehow it rips and the WHOLE game gets saved in your internal hdd?

Most Backup managers will allow you to do this. You will need to be on Custom Firmware or have a Jailbroken 3.41 to be able to play the backup that you made tho.

nope you don't need to be on 3.41 anymore, there is cfw for 3.55 now.

Yes. Just use any backup manager on any CFW and select to rip on the backup manager. Just like the Wii.
