Hacking Possible to Disable Wi-Fi in CFW?

I'm asking if it's possible for somebody to write a custom kip much like the nogc kip file that disables the game cardtridge slot for wi-fi, so wi-fi is completely disabled. I ask this since the switch I have is used by multiple people in multiple locations, therefore setting DNS90 or using MAC filtering will only work in one location, setting this in multiple locations and expecting other people to manage it is unpractical.

I'm currently using 5.1.0 since this appears to be the last firmware that stops the ability to add new networks if parental controls is enabled, 6+ changed that!!!

Actually thinking about it, disabling wi-fi would be a bad idea since the controllers likely wouldn't work, so disabling the ability to add new networks would do the trick

Put your switch on Airplane mode and turn off wifi I guess.

That would work, but unfortunatly airplane mode can be disabled even with parental controls on, looking for a way to stop anybody being able to connect to a network

Please point me toward the option to enable a default DNS for any and all switch connection so that someone taking your switch somewhere and connecting to a foreign WiFi will have it go through 90DNS automatically

I see what you're saying. It has to be programmed on each wifi setting so if someone connects it somewhere else and doesnt program it then that's your risk

Yeah for that reason there's definitely a point to having a stealth-mode equivalent for the open cfws. It was being discussed on discord recently, don't know if someone will start working on it but hopefully.

If anything happens and the Switch has to be restarted, they'll be able to add WiFi then unless you're using AutoRCM. Which means all users will need to have a dongle and/or a computer/capable phone and a USB A/micro USB to USB C cable. I know the internet is sensitive as hell, but I'm going to say this anyway...if deleting all WiFi settings and asking users of the Switch to stay offline is too much then maybe those that don't know how to listen shouldn't be allow to use it. Also, the controllers do function handheld or docked with airplane mode on.

Easy solution, get those other users to get there own Switch, having multiple user on the one switch is a recipe for disaster. Specially for those that are not tech savvy and those that can't follow or forget to follow instructions. In some cases it may not ever happen but the possibility of it happening is high.

I'm running autoRCM, I've also filtered the MAC on the router but that's about all I can do for now
