Hacking possible to delete individual save file?

Today I used vitashell to delete a savefile, however it still show up in the save/load menu of the game, albeit as a nonfunctional entry, which would crash the game if I tried to load it.

So how do I remove this dead savefile entry in the save/load menu of the game?

Or better yet, is there a tool which would allow me to delete individual savefiles properly?
