Hacking possible save fix bug with gateway 2.0 beta

I was doing some testing and I think I found out a way to fix the save bug when you press home and close and sometimes it freezes the 3ds here's what u do.

Save your game then press home instead of pressing x to close press b cancel 5 times wait and few secs then close. I have done this about 20 times my 3ds never froze once.

I feel like it is the waiting time after going to the homescreen which fixes the save problem, since I had this issue until I waited up to 10 seconds before closing the game. Maybe new game saves take longer to transfer?
