Well, she lies about trying to kill you for one thing (so you're going to get cake AFTER you burn to death? yeah right). She seems to lie to you in order to trick you into destroying her morality core (at least that's my interpretation since she seems like she's trying to use reverse psychology on you). Even in the trailer, Wheatley commenting on how 'they' told him turning on his light would kill him. Sounds like something she'd say.

Lots of things she says in the final battle (though some of that's open for interpretation) too.

Also, a direct quote...just because it seems appropriate...
