I sincerely apologize for starting another poll, but the main thread on the recent banwave is moving entirely too fast and people are way too concerned with arguing over things completely unrelated to the subject at hand. And again, I'm trying to narrow down exactly what sparked this. The bans seem entirely too sporadic to just be a blanket ban on everyone using homebrew and SpotPass as not everyone in this criteria have been banned (yet). Anyway, I was thinking that it's a high possibility that the bans may be related to Doodlebomb users, whether they be senders and/or receivers, since it obviously relies on Nintendo's online services. Again, I apologize for opening another poll amongst the hundreds of others, but as a community I feel we should work to pinpoint this instead of relying on conjecture and assumptions. This could also explain why vanilla consoles have also been banned as they could have received the exploited message but never carried through with the rest of the homebrew process. Also, if this scenario has already been concluded then feel free to report this thread to have it closed. Edit: It may have also affected those that installed it offline.
