I mean I mostly use my switch docked but I feel there would be too much backlash if they didn't do a hybrid again. What do you think
Me tooI'd say no. a lot of people play their portables at home for fear of losing the system or theft (especially this). it's a bit like flashing a couple hundred dollars out in the open. that's why I don't play portables on the go. with that being said, I'd much rather play on the tv than a small screen while at home. I also don't like the idea of having to have the thing plugged in often.
Yeahone of my problems if it's portable only is that it's too bulky imo. I don't like using the joy cons if I can help it, and that tab on the back of the switch won't work on a bed or some place I could lay down and game. it would just fall over, so I couldn't use the pro controller unless I was sitting up.
I actually want classic to come back, being handheld costs more. Why are switch games 60 bucks, cause of cartridges. Why are joy cons expensive, because they have multiple functions. It also limits console powerthat's just my opinion on portable only though. I thought about buying a switch lite at one point, but I'm afraid of using a charging cable with it. I have an adapter for my phone to use my old ps4 charging cable with a usb-c adapter. I have a separate plug for the charging grip and pro controllers, but the cable is too short. the ps4 cable is10ft, but it's slow at charging (takes about 6 hours from 20% on my phone to fully charged). I'm also afraid that the adapter will burn out something in the lite. it's worked perfectly fine for my new phone, but after hearing about docks and wrong cables bricking switches, I dunno.
