Hello everyone.
I recently acquired a Nintendo 2DS that looks like it was wet.
The screens had markings like drops.
I disassembled the entire screen by removing the metal casing and cleaned the sheets inside with 96% alcohol.
It wasn't bad at all, it is now perfectly usable, but if you look at the screen from the side you can see less bright tones in some areas.
One of the sheets inside the screen was gray (I think it is the polarizing filter), when you look at it against the light you can see certain marks.
I have looked on Aliexpress and I can't find polarizing sheets for 2ds, but I can find them for gameboy advance or sp.
The question is if an cuttable universal polarizing film would work for the 2ds screen.
Thank you so much.
