Pokesav is a program that allows you to change virtually all aspects of the save data. If you have a sav for pokemon you can make direct changes to the sav, while if you just want to make codes it also works as an AR Code output machine. It allows you to make up almost anything, except new pokemon(You know like made up pokemon that aren't in the game) though you can make pokemon that have abilities that it normally cant have..
