Gaming Pokesav Liberty Pass

I have tried making an Liberty Pass with Pokesav for my Black version. I got the Pass in my bags, but i cannot ''start/activate'' the event.

Is there an way to get the Victiny event working? ( I don't just want Victiny )

I think you need this, and another DS (w/flashcard).
I think you can't do some events with Pokesav. I don't have B or W, but had the same problems with HeartGold and Platinum.

You go to Liberty Garden Island (get there from the left most pier in castelia city)

The guy on Liberty Pier doesn't do/say anything special even though i got the Pass ( Pokesav )
