Yeah, it can make Pokemon game from scratch, beside than other games.

They always have [RMXP] next to their title. You can find alot of'em on the Pokecommunity. Pokemon Raptor is the only one I know that's actually complete.

Just because it has a bottom screen doesn't entirely mean its a DS homebrew...I mean, from what I saw from there is a way to make the games made from RPGmaker look like a DS game...

As far as I know, NDS doesn't mean COMPUTER.
