Hacking Pokemon Y Crash

hi guys , i was trying for the first time to play pokemon Y , and i used the metal gear solid header with it so i can play online , but when i open it , it says : The saved game data is corrupted .
Is it a problem with a header or the save data or the game itself , can somebody please help me ?

L+Up+X+B to delete the save, if you recently inserted a header you will not be able to use a save made with no header or a different header

yeah it will work fine, its just whenever you change the header or add one in for the first time you won't be able to use the old save
