Hacking Pokemon white black screeen after patching.

I have a patched version of the Pokemon White (E) rom and it was working fine, I went to enable cheats and boom black screen as soon as I try loading it. Any help?

Oh yes I use M3 Sakurs 1.49X 3rd edition
