But if you notice, Deoxys is not there, and I doubt he's a now considered Mythical.

There's also Mr. Chuuster with a reporter. Maybe when you fulfill enough events (wedding, Chuuster, certain 'mon, etc,), the Pika valley changes?

Haven't gone that far in the game yet since I just started. xD

It's still early... rather we're still too early playing this game yet. Might as well wait for the die-hard players to find it the legit way. Or just be the first one to find it if you just persevere long enough. Hard work pays off you know. Just hang in there.

Also, cheated zygarde can't work for what i want. The scientist in the aether lab at ula ula island wants an alolan Zygarde and the cheated one does not work...

You need the Zygarde that you created in Pokemon Sun/Moon by collecting the cells around Alola. Ultra Sun/Moon doesn't have them, so the only way to get an Alolan Zygarde is from the cells in the previous game then trade it to USUM.
