ROM Hack Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon! Need help

Hello,
I just found a site where I can download the rom of this game, however, I can't play

When I launch the game on my Gateway, my 3ds freeze on the Nintendo 3ds Red/Black screen.

If someone know what causes this problem, please help

Fixed!
Sorry everyone, just fixed it by updating my Gateway Launcher.
I supose it was the anti-piracy system nintendo added to their new games...
