Perhaps not the same as the Pokemon XY Glitch but all the same. Cannot move or do anything.

Pokemon's evolving, went from 3d to a 1st person Oculus rift.
That really sucks. Although You could probably transfer your pokemon to the pokebank though before you restart.

Is there specifically an area where the cia and main file should be, should they be together, or the root of the sd card? I'm desperate for anything right now.

Reminding anyone else of the Lumious City Save Glitch from XY 4 years ago? Looks like it's the exact same thing.
