What do you mean a sound? I would still suggest trying a different SD card but if you can get some video of the issue I can view it and see what I think

I uninstalled it, but I'll install it again and I'll record the video for you, it'll take at least 30 min

I got this same error on Pokemon Moon. It was the v16/v32 version. Pokemon Sun still works and I deleted Moon.

Alright so it looks like it might be a file issue with the CIA file itself. Use a different one or download it using the new FreeShop https://freeshop.pw. Also can you go into the system settings>Data Management>3DS and tell me how many block the pokemon game is?

It's 24 577 blocks, and I also tried downloading it from the Freeshop :/

Alright so I think it is a problem with the cia file and/or your sd card. Try redownloading and installing a new sd (Copy all files over to the new one before deleting the game)

maybe the complete game its 3.2 while this cia its 3.0 you choose take my words or not but this is my theory about this
