Gaming Pokemon Su/Mo Blackscreen after Region Change

I changed the Region of my o3DSXL from Japan to Europe and now i get a blackscreen when i start Pokemon.

Heres the error message from Luma3DS:

The problem still remains after a restore of the NANDmin.bin

Please help me.

try to backup your save file with jk save manager, delete game and ticket, redownload from freeshop/eshop/reinstall cia file, start game for it to create ext data on SD card then launch jksm then refresh for games and inject save..hope that helps..

That didn't work. But i found a way to solve the Problem.
I just formated the Nintendo 3DS.
