ROM Hack Pokemon SS Wireless Problems

OK, so I have the SS ROM and the real game cart. I'm using a TTDSi, and have been since D&P, so I have a good idea of what I'm doing.

Now I prefer to play my games on my TTDSi, as I don't have to carry the stupid carts around, but seeing as the SS ROM locks up often, it's not worth the saving every 20 secs. However, I didn't decide this until after 6 hours of dealing with the ROM, and now I want to trade my Pokemon over to my main copy. No problem, except that I can't enter the Union Room without receiving an error and having to shutdown the game. Any workaround?

Oh, and I was able to use the GTS syste over Wi-Fi on the ROM, as well, so it's not a total lock-out.

I believe this is what you're looking for.

The best way I can think to do it is to use PokeSav or something to create the PKM files.

Hopefully you can get what you need done.
