OK, so here's my current team:

-Typhlosion
Eruption
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Shadow claw

-Tyranitar
Earthquake
Ice punch
Crunch
Hyperbeam

-Alakazam
Psychic
Focus Blast
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball

-Ampharos
Discharge
Signal Beam
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast

-Dragonite
Fly
Draco Meteor
Dragon Claw
Earthquake

-Lapras
Surf
Icebeam
Thunder
Rain dance

All in their late 50's(levels, I mean) with no items.
I also EV trained them and they are IV bred.
Are there any changes I should make to pokemons and/or moves and what items should I get them the hold. I though of getting a jolteon to replace my ampharos because it has better speed.

I would replace Ampharos with Jolteon. The stats for Ampharos is higher than Jolteon but because of the moveset, Jolteon is more preferred by competitive players.

Jolteon has higher speed and Special Defense.

And with what moveset?
I'm thinking something like:
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden power(grass)
-Shadow ball
-[other move]

Lines mean change, slashes means optional changes. Of course, this is from a competitive perspective, but in-game your team will be just fine.

Substitute or Baton Pass would be a good choice but since you already decided on the first 3 moves, Baton Pass should be the one for you. According to Smogon.com

QUOTEBaton Pass may seem like an odd move for a Choice sweeper, but combined with Jolteon's high Speed, it makes for an effective scouting maneuver. Being able to switch Jolteon out for free and bring in an appropriate response to your opponent's switch-in is very helpful. This will help ease prediction the next time Jolteon switches in, which is vital considering Jolteon's frailty.

If I get an Arcanine, what moveset do I give it?

And I though a Raindance/Thunder Lapras was good?

In order to use a Rain Dance team, you must be sure it doesn't affect any other Pokemon. The fact is, your team has a fire sweeper and in order for it to be used effectively, Rain must be down. Rain centers on other Pokemon that depend on it since it effectively affects the entire team and may even prove to be an advantage for your enemy.

Arcanine, I recommend this with a Life Orb.

Flare Blitz
Thunder Fang / Hidden Power Grass
ExtremeSpeed
Morning Sun

Or you can switch Life Orb with a Choice Band and Morning Sun with Iron Head.

But change it as you see fit.

Arcanine. I love Arcanine XD

Okay serious now.

Arcanine has high Attack and Special Attack, allowing you to have many offensive moves.

Smogon.com recommend the following moves.

Flare Blitz
ExtremeSpeed
Morning Sun
Toxic / Will-O-Wisp

Actually, all moves make PERFECT SENSE. Flare Blitz is a very strong move and can tear Pokemon like tissue paper, anybody who survives will be finished by ExtremeSpeed.

First two moves(which is Flare Blitz and Extremespeed) is a must for all Arcanine. The next few moves can vary. I would take Dragon type moves such as Dragon Claw and Dragon Pulse due to his high Attack and Special Attack(I like Dragon Type moves). Will-O-Wisp is a good move because it can inflict burn, and thus successfully reducing the Attack Points of your enemy by half. Toxic is deadly. I got fucked by it too many times.

So that's pretty much it. I hope I help.

I'd just like to know how you can be sure to get a specific Hidden Power move without resorting to Pokesav.

Well, Kingdom was more detailed...
I keed, I keed...

EDIT: and I'm going to sleep. If anyone has some other recommendations, post them. I'll read them tomorrow.
