I dumped the savegame of my retail SoulSilver Card with savhax to have a backup of it. After trying it in Desmume and no$ I couldn't get the save recognized, so I opened it in Pokesave and was surprised the save actually worked, all my data seemed accurate. So I saved it again via Pokesav and got it loaded by Desmume and on my M3 Real. The problem is, that I'm getting that black screen issue in both cases. The save gets now recognized, but cant be loaded. I tried the AR-Codes that float around the internet, and also cracked versions of the game - with no success. I have the german version of the game, my M3 runs on Sakura 1.49. Any idea how I can get that save to work?
