ROM Hack Pokémon shield save

Hi guys, i have a question.
I want to copy my save of pokemon shield of sysnand to emunand to eventually copy the same save to another user back in the sysnand, it's possible? Thanks in advance

You can use checkpoint to backup and inject save file, but you risk a ban if you inject into a NAND that goes online.
