Hacking Pokemon Ruby Bad Sav Dump

so i tried dumping the save file on a pokemon ruby cart in slot-2 running gba backup tool on my dstwo,
it dumps it as 128KB, and the emulator says "the save file has been deleted" or something to that extent.
i noticed the save file the emulator generates with the same rom is 64KB if i'm correct.

any help?

On visualboyadvance, you can change the emulation settings to work with either 64 or 128 kb savs, and then it can let you save them as either as well.
