Great pokemon story been playing since gb and when the gbaSP came out I got one for me and bought one for my new girlfriend we both got into pokemon together with leaf green fire red. We been married 14 years and my friends thats what pokemon can do for you 
Ohh I have a great story...It was the day my friend found his first shiny pokemon. Considering we had been shiny hunting since gen 3 it was a nice surprise to see!
It was the day that Heart Gold and Soul Silver launched. He was training his Cyndaquil and Mareep on the grass patch just south of Violet City. Suddenly he jumped off his chair and was freaking out. ITS A SHINY MAREEP. Obviously he stopped training his current Mareep because he wanted to train the shiny one. We didn't bother checking nature at this point, we was just so happy that he found a shiny. Next day he sweeps lances team with miltanks rollout. It was so funny because Smogon has Miltank in the NU tier. A couple days later after the battle with red I was checking what all of our natures did (I only know what Adamant, Jolly, Modest, and Timid do by heart). I started laughing when I saw his Shiny Ampharos had an Adamant Nature! Worst possible nature for an ampharos!
Sadly I migrated the ampharos to black and can't find the cartridge

When i was young i had just moved to a new house and i was super lonely but i ended up having both pokemon ruby and sapphire i decided to try to make friends with the neighbor and i gave him one we became best friends until his parents got divorced and he moved away i miss him to this very day.

Younger, I was playing pokemon platinum. It took me 1 year to beat the elite 4 and I was having National Dex but still no Elite Four beaten. I remember this torterra (it was lvl.93 when I beat elite four in platinum) that was on this game and it now on ORAS, he fought all Elite four in every game after 4 gen and his now with his shiny baby turtwig in his own box!

This is my Story:
I was lonely at first. But when I knew of pokemon I thought it was simply just a game. Later on poķémon went popular and This time I thought it was A great game. More years later I was already a Pokemon Fan and thanks to that I could socialise with my fiends and family. Even in School I found some more friends that liked pokemon as much as I did. And Suddenly I have now too many friends they help me with pokemon stuff And I help them too. Its just awsome to have much more friends thanks to an INCREDIBLE GAME! And thanks to this I got much more best friends than I thought. Thanks to this I was able to suceed in classes like math. Or biology. I eventually became a great pokémon player and socialZed Boy. And even today I keep havin' much more friends. This game makes me feel in company and not alone. Thanks to this I am Happy to live my life!

As I was like 7 Years old, I've played the game everyday in the summer.
It was fantastic, summer holidays and some friends who have the game too.
We've fighted against or together with other Kids in the Town who have the Game too.
But one day, someone find out the Mew glitch and everyone was surprised and want a Mew too and I was the only one who knew that.
So someone wants a fight against my Mew. And I've defeated him. (In Pokemon of course)
After that he was sad and angry at the same moment and takes my console and smashed it...
My console AND my Pokemon Blue was broken... :/

this is my story during school everyone bullied me because i was fat so i was mostly alone i would cry at the soccer fields and i would play pokemon x to cheer me up i made some really good friends with the seniors at school because we would play pokemon and so to events and we still do to this day and my favorite pokemon is snorlax
and my favorite pokemon is snorlax 
My friend was trying to catch a Giratina shiny in Pokémon Platinum, he kept reseting for 3 days straight,
until he finally found it, a shiny Giratina and he tried to catch,
and he tried over and over again, until the Giratina had no PP and used struggle to death.
The worst thing is that I couldn't contain myself, I laughed my ass off.
You should have seen his face, you could see sadness, anger and despair,
I guess I'll never see anything like that again in my life.
After that, with his spirit utterly broken, rage consumed him and he threw his DS on the wall;
it and it cracked in two.
The poor guy had not only lost his precious shiny,
but his limited edition Zelda DS Lite.
The guy gone in tears to his apartment and left his shattered DS on the floor.
He was my best friend and I couldn't see him like that,
so I get what was left of his DS and found a place where it was fixed.
Some days later I given it to him, under the condition he would break his DS again.
I think it was pretty foolish of him to break his DS like that, but he was my friend,
and I remember how the good times we had battling together, trading together,
and all the stuff we did in school, skipping classes to watch movies, making fun of the art classes,
hitting on girls together, we were more than friends, we we were bud buddies, and I think
that a friend is someone you can count on, someone who will help you when you're in trouble
and lift your mood when you're down. Though we have gone to different paths I'll always
have the memories of joy of that time, the memories of a true friendship.

What a sad story... the broken DS Lite kinda reminds me of myself, it was the exact same one, Zelda Ds Lite, I don't remember exactly what happened, but All I remember is me being angry at something, so I threw the 3ds to Fridge....
It never turned on again, even to this day, its still broken...
