Gaming Pokémon Picross - Little help needed?

So while playing this i still can't figure out what those 2 skills are helpfull with?
- Blue Force (Ok numbers show blue, but then ? )
- Hyper Scan (Doesn't look to be doing much)

Anyone care to explain how to use it correct / or what ir really does?

- First time picross player, (i believe the skills are only for the pokémon picross game anyway )

Blue Force : The lies/rows that appear blue are the ones you can guess something for right now. That means you don't have to worry about the black ones, it actually speeds up a lot your grid completion.

Hyper Scanner : it's like autocorrect but not as good. It corrects a certain amount of wrong cells (depending on the power's level) when you activate it. IMO it's useless when compared with autocorrect because you want to use it as late as you can, which means you accumulate errors meanwhile and when you launch it it usually doesn't correct everything.
