Well, You're not trying very hard. I just plugged four key words from your post into Google and found a source for the update within the first three results.

Anyone ever noticed, that:
1. knowing the exact keywords for a certain download isn´t allways a obvious thing
and
2. Google-results have been personalized results based on own habits "combined" with what´s hot for years now

I for my part can´t find the update either, only 1.3 for XY and my interest in that pends to 0.
I know you can´t directly lead to Links, Sitenames and the such.
But there´s nicer ways and hints to send someone off again.
