Gaming pokemon nintendo events

i didnt know where to put this considering it contains to most of the pkmn games
but i would like to know which nintendo events have happened to allow you to have the special item(s) to catch the rare pokemon (ex mew, darkrai)

i would like to know about pkmn firered, leafgreen, ruby, sapphire, emerald, diamond, pearl, and platinum

i ment like, have they given out the membership pass for darkrai already? or oak's letter for shaymin, or heavens pipe for arceus, or that new item for rotom
and with the other games? the infinity ticket for latios/latias in ruby/sapphire?
or the aurora ticket and mystic ticket for firered and leafgreen/emerald
or the eon ticket for emerald?

which of those have happened?
