ROM Hack Pokemon Moon Wild Encounter & Move Stat GARCs?

I've been editing Wild Encounters and Move Stats with PK3DS. But when I put all the subfolders from a into my SD, Moon doesn't read them, and uses very old data? If someone knew where the WE and MD were located, it'd be a great help. Thanks!
