Try disactivating all of your cheats before the "gamefreak" logo appears at the beginning of the game.

Try opening the auto save file, even though you have turned itoff, there is a hidden auto save file. You can check how to restore it on youtube

I just recently updated the cheat file to match the new update but now the cheats won't even show up. I even erased edition and reinstalled, re installed the cheats and nothing.
