Gaming Pokémon Home x CFW 3DS

I will buy the Pokémon Home premium tô transfer some legendaries to Sword and Shield.
But I'm a little scared to do this, because my 3DS has CFW (If this helps, my CFW is Rosalina).
Will I get banned If I enter Pokémon Bank or connect my 3DS to the Switch?
