I was wondering if this was an okay team:
Scizor - It's only a level 30 but I'm still training this one.
-Aerial Ace
-Swords Dance
-X-Scissor (when it learns it)
-Roost

Dragonite - 65 + Muscle Band
-Dragon Dance
-ExtremeSpeed
-Outrage
-Earthquake

Typhlosion - 70 + Charcoal
-Focus Blast
-Flamethrower
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast (Thinking of a replacement for this)

Lapras - 70 + NeverMeltIce
-Thunderbolt
-Sheer Cold
-Surf
-Ice Beam

Gengar - 67 + Spell Tag
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Destiny Bond

Can anyone give advice on countering a high speed Garchomp without resorting to use ice beam? I always get sweeped by one and my Lapras is so slow and has below average defense stats it gets OHKO before it can attack.

Uber > NU or UU

Good luck with that. Just use ice beam or get a different pokemon with either a dragon or ice move.

Does someone want to rate my team?

Skarmory (Leftovers)
-Roar
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Spikes

Venusaur (Life Orb)

-Swords Dance
-Sleep Powder
-Power Whip
-Earthquake

Kingdra (NeverMeltIce)

-Ice Bean
-Rain Dance
-Surf
-Dragon Pulse

Ampharos (Magnet)

-Discharge
-Thunder Wave
-Focus Blast
-Signal Beam

Arcanine (Focus Sash)

-ExtremeSpeed
-Crunch
-Dragon Pulse
-Flamethrower

Xatu (Choice Specs)
-Fly
-Heat Wave
-Signal Beam
-Psychic

I've aimed for as much type coverage as possible. But I just wanna see if there are any suggestions to improve the team. I also really like the idea of weaving Blissey into the team somehow. Is that possible?

eh 5/10 fixes id make

Skarmory is good lead i usually lead with him with similar move set except i use whirlwind > Roar also i use Wacan Berry as hold item i usually get magnezone switchins vs. him i can whirlwind him out after sub and still have respectable hp left to Roost and go for another spike.

Breloom or Sceptile are better options than Venusaur

Kingdra id go for the sub dragondance set or a mixed naive nature

Arcanine is cool

Kazam > Xatu

Jolteon/Vire > Ampharos

Is there any good grinding spot to get up to a reasonable level to challenge the E4 the second time? I think i beat all normal trainers, and finding and calling the leaders for rematches is... meh, because you always have to wait for the specific time window. At silver mountain are Level ~40 wild PKMN, is there a better spot? My team is currently around Lvl 51-53.

Rate my team guys. I won't say any moves since I don't remember what they can learn off the top of my head. Going to assume non competative

Typhlosion lvl 86 3 fire moves is redundant
Blast Burn
Flamethrower
Eruption
Earthquake

Venasaur lvl 68
Sleep Powder
Solar Beam
Sunny Day
Sludge Bomb

Ampharos lvl 66 Why not thunderbolt?
Power Gem
Discharge
Signal Beam
Thunder Wave

Lugia lvl 69
Extrasensory Why?
Ancient Power
Hydro Pump
Aeroblast

Gyarados lvl 60 2 water moves is redundant. Personally hyper beam is crappy.
Ice fang
Hyper beam
surf
hydro pump

Vaporeon lvl 57 Why last resort? Ice beam over aurora beam

Why Ampharos? Its sucky.
Go for a jolteon or electivire
Not really a competitive team. There's 2 OU 1 Uber 2 UU and a NU. Doesn't really matter for just the game.

BTW go for waterfall on Gyarados. It has better atk than s.atk. Unless you need surf to get around.
