Hey Guy´s i have a Problem.

I Changed My Location and when i will Enter a Pokestop it Drop no Item´s My Bag is not Full.

And Wild Pokemon Like Ratata (10 Cp) flees to the first wobble of balls.


Am I Soft Banned ?
