Homebrew pokemon event editor?

Hey, I have a pokemon event editor that lets me drop in any event on a distro rom. But I saw a screenshot of a different one that also lets you edit the dates from which the event can be distributed. If anyone knows where I can get the one that lets me have open ended dates, that'd be greatly appreciated.

It wasn't an hour, it was roughly 2 days, please check your records. It may've been about the same time those different days, but it was definitely not within an hour. Sorry if that statement violates the forum rules--I checked, but I didn't see anything clearly about this-- but this also serves as another bump (3 days after the last one).

So I know someone out there in internet land knows something about this little program, so any help would still greatly be appreciated.
