ROM Hack Poke'mon Emerald Hacks?

Can someone Please tell me where I can find a Sprite editor, hacker or whatever,because I have looked in tons of places for Sprite hacking tools and I got no luck. The reason why I wanna know why is because I wanna Create my own new Emerald, because all of the New,Hacked Pokemon roms that i found, are rather for Fire Red or Leaf green Whis is quite dissapointing.

Have you tried Pokemon Community its normally the first place I go to and I normally find what am looking for there.

but I kinda find it wierd how lots of other people were asking for somtehing like this & no one ever gave 'em this link.

and I already made myself use mew XD.

with the walk through walls hack it's pretty cool.

That overworld thing you showed me doesn't edit the trainers & other etc. sprites.

Do you mean the in battle sprites?
For that you'd need to fiddle with unlz gba.
