Actually for DS, NZ and Australia end up with USA releases the majority of the time - the outside of the cart will be marked with an AUS serial, but internally it'll be USA (every now and then it might be European). For some stupid reason they're still delayed anyway :/

AUS get games faster than NZ though.

I recall seeing KH-2 in stores about 2~3 months after my friend got the legal (English) version in Singapore :/

Depends on where you shop really.

DBZ Supersonic Warriors 2 was a USA version when I got it, with the aus gov ratings slapped on for goodness.

EDIT: I reckon waiting for games is the biggest reason why piracy is high in Australia.

I guess I was one of the few who waited six f**king months for Kingdom Hearts 2 to come out, while the Americans had it in March. By the time I got it, everyone was well over the hype, same goes for FF12.

The DS is region free, so fricken hell I am not waiting for Pokemon DP to come as an AUS release, it's not like anything will change in the WiFi.

Piracy is pretty damn high in NZ too, lol.

But it is much worse in AUS, because of various factors (I hate your censor rating system O_O )
