ROM Hack Pokemon diamond items

Does anyone have an itew which allows you to edit the items in your bag for pokemon diamond so you can get things like 999 master balls and things like that

IIRC, there are cheat codes to add 999 master balls to D/P, too.

When I try loading my .sav into pokesav I can't find any files

Try going to http://cheats.gbatemp.net/ and downloading the cheats. Download the USRCHEAT should work best. Then save it under you're system folder of your card. It should work, and give cheats to many other games.
